Asked in Property
Dear Client, I have already answered your question on Pathlegal. You may prefer that.
Hello If the concerned property is ancestral property then your wife could claim share in the property otheriwise not. Also after her father's death as per the will mother would be the owner and it would be mother's decision to make a new will and transfer it to her children. Also as you have given NOC there are very chances that you would succeed if you raise any objection to the same. Thanks If you find this advice helpful please rate.
Dear Sir, You may challenge NOC saying that it was not given voluntary then only your wife will succeed. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
please give rating
