    Hello If the concerned property is ancestral property then your wife could claim share in the property otheriwise not. Also after her father's death as per the will mother would be the owner and it would be mother's decision to make a new will and transfer it to her children. Also as you have given NOC there are very chances that you would succeed if you raise any objection to the same. Thanks If you find this advice helpful please rate.

    अर्थात ये वसीयत का मामला है। आपके ससुर जी की यह वसीयत तभी मान्य होगी यदि प्रोपर्टी स्वयं उनके द्वारा खरीदी गई थी या बनाई गई थी। यदि संपत्ति पैत्रिक है अर्थात पूर्वजों के द्वारा आपके ससुर जी के पास आई थी, तो उन्हें वसीयत करने का अधिकार नहीं था,क्योंकि कोई भी व्यक्ति वसीयत केबल स्वयं के द्वारा खरीदी गई संपत्ति की ही कर सकता है। यह वसीयत अमान्य घोषित कर दी जाएगी।और यदि संपत्ति पैत्रिक है, तो उसमे आपकी पत्नी का अधिकार है। please give rating
