Dear client As per your submission it reveals that this is a matter of partitions and separate possession as per Hindu succession Act However If daughter filed injunction suit than your husband should have to appear before Honourable court and he has file his written statement Moreover All legal heirs have equal share in the property as per Hindu law.

Since you are well aware that daughters have equal right in the properties there fore it is clear that your sisters in law have their respective share in the property left by your parents in laws. As you have received the summons therefore you are advised to appear before the honorable court on the date fixed and contest your case, however, you are advised to settle the matter amicably out of court.

Permanent injunction just means an order passed by the court to direct the parties not to interfere in the matter and to stop all the things that are related to that subject matter. As if now you should prepare a written arguments if you have already received the copy of the summons. And yes daughters have equal rights over their parents property. If your husband is not ready to sold the house then you have to compensate his sister in terms of money. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
