Society NOC For Electric Transfer

Hello Sir There must he some reason why they are not giving the NOC, it would he advised to talk with them and get your NOC in a amicable way instead of going through legal way. Although they have no rights to hold the NOC and not grant the same. Also talk with the electricity department to know how important is obtain this NOC.
