STTR In Bangalore Takes Approval From BMRDA For Approving Any Villa Property

Planning to buy a plot and that is approved by STTR but how can I verify that it is BMRDA approved as well becuase builder is saying that, no need of BMRDA if project is approved by STTR and STTR team will take an approval from BMRDA this is confusing to go ahead and finalise the property
