One brother taken up tenancy with us till 2014 we have agreement. Later the younger brother is running the rented out shop without informing us but paying rent from then. Now we are trying to vacate them and younger brother is demanding money and the other brother is not involving at all. As landlords what we can do?

Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case you can go ahead and serve them a legal notice for eviction however if they do not reply to it then you can go ahead and file a case for evection before The Honorable Court
