If the tenant refuses, you are permitted to send them a notice to agree or quit the property. The tenant refusing you access constitutes a breach in the lease agreement, so they could be evicted if they continue to deny access.
Go for eviction and things will be on the right track. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
Dear Sir, Get issue a legal notice under Section 106 of Transfer of Property Act for vacating the house as he is over staying and also to pay the arrears of rent if any. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
f you are a tenant, your landlord wouldn’t be able to evict you before the lease period terminates just because the two of you had an argument. Similarly, the landlord would be within his legal right to evict a tenant if they find them involved in wrong doings. A tenant wouldn’t be able to get away after neglecting his responsibilities if there is a binding agreement. If you find this helpful, please rate us
