Dear Sir, Yes, it is. All the children irrespective of unmarried or married daughters and sons get equal share. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
women rights in immovable properties are equal to the male children irrespective of marriage etc.
Hi Gaurav, In case of ancestral property, a daughter has a share in it by virtue of birth, while self-acquired property is distributed as per the provisions of the will. If the father passes away without a will, she has the same rights as the son in both ancestral and self-acquired property. The marital status of the daughter is immaterial, and a married daughter has the same rights as an unmarried one. If you find our answer helpful, please rate us for the same.
