Two Registrations For A Single Flat

I have bought a flat (A-802 Phase-1) in Baner, Sus, Pune from the developer and have done the registration in April 2019. I got a loan from PNB bank. I got possession for internal and furniture work on 15 Dec 2020. I am transferring a loan to IDBI bank. In the Search report, IDBI Bank found flat 802 (where no building and phase is mentioned) builder sold to another buyer in 2015 and it got canceled in May 2019. Now I got the possession by paying all money to the builder and I did the furniture work in the falt. is this legal. Do I have any legal complications with this flat? should I get any letter from the builder to clear the IDBI bank query?
