Typo Error In Rectification Sale Deed

I recently went to for updating the e-khata number on the sale dead via rectification deed. After doing everything, I did notice that at the back of the rectification Deed where the sub-registrar office people print the photo and thumbprint there was a spelling mistake [i.e instead of S/o it was D/o] ex : Mr. MyName D/o MyFather name instead of Mr. MyName S/o MyFather name. Although in the same rectification deed stamp page its clear mentioned as Mr.MyName S/o MyFatherName with age and address details with my Aadhaar card number. I talked to the builder and sub registrar office they are saying it's not an issue and but I am not able to convinced myself. - Please suggest a way forward.
