Want To Sell Undivided Share Without Consent Of Other Shareholder

The house is in my grandmother's name. She is not alive now. My grandfather is alive. My grandfather has two daughters and two sons. My father is also not alive now who is one of his sons. I am the only son of my father. I have three sisters. Me, my grandfather, my two aunts and my three sisters are in favour to sell the property. but my uncle does not want to sell the property. Also, he is doing many things in such a way that we are not able to live the house anymore. The house is not made in such a way that it can be divided by making a partition wall. Please suggest can we all sell the house without having the consent of my uncle. We are ready to give his share from the sell of house. Also, if the whole house can't be sold then can we sell our share. If we can't sell the house then please suggest the legal ways by which we all can get our right in the house as he is making very difficult for us to stay in this house. All the papers of house are in my possession.
