Hi, Yes, there is a chance for you to get back your property, but it will be a long drawn process. You can start by filing a declaration of title suit and providing your documents as evidence. You will also need to submit an application for condonation of delay as the limitation period has expired. If you found this helpful, please rate and contact us.

Let your lawyer may initiate legal action. Litigation is time taking process will take long time and its expensive as well. If you will do nothing, you will be getting nothing. So go ahead with systemically legal action.

Though much of the time has elapsed but since this fact came to Your knowledge now You should initiate the process now and it will bring out some positive response in Your favour but the time lapse is too long it will be an impediment. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
