What Is The Max Time Limit Of NA Plot Registration At Talati Office

My father purchased NA (Taluka: pandharpur, Village gadegaon) plot in 2015 and they have provided all the document to talati office boy(kotwal) and grampanchayat. In grampanchayat registration is done, father is paying khanpati, panipati with his name and light bill is also on his name but the talati office boy misplaced document which gave for registration. on 7/12 the old owner name is still present. We again proceed for registration in talati office from 5/10/2020 but the old owner raised objection on my registration telling that it is more than 2 years you can not consider my father's application of registration. Talati changed status of my ferfar to objection received so it is now stuck. next thing will go this case to circle. I want to know what is the time limit for registration of NA plot at talati office my father name is not on 7/12 doc. Talati is also with old owner I think because 20/10/2020 is the last date to accept the objection and talati accepted on 21/10/2020.
