Who Pays GST, Builders Or Buyers

Dear Sir, It all depends upon the contact between you and builder normally it will be paid by the buyer. Please mark “LIKE” if satisfied by my answer.

The builder shall collect GST from the buyer and pay it to the Government It depends on terms and conditions of Agreement to Sale. If rates are inclusive of GST, the seller will bear it, otherwise, the buyer has to bear/pay.
