If husband is seeking divorce, does his wife have any right to her father-in-law's ancestral property at time of divorce? Being considered, wife was sharing same shelter (ancestral non movable property: house) with her husband & father in law after marriage since 3 months. husband is being disowned from his father will & rented a new home does his wife still challenge for her father in law ancestral property at time of divorce. or push to stay in same house rather than with her husband rented house.
