It is not that easy to throw out some one from the House he is legally dwelling. But to protect your legal Rights well You should file an Application with the Local Police Authorities for taking protection that you are not put in the awkward position at some odd times. Otherwise your husband can go for a Suit for Partition it will solve all problems. Please give me Rank Five and follow the instructions and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Dear Asha ji, Better you take Court protection orders by filing a lawsuit against forcefully eviction. Partition is not maintainable in the self acquired property of your father in law.

Hi, If the property is not ancestral then you cannot apply for partition. Since it is your father in law's house only he can decide to evict you, your brother in law does not have this right. The reason for such eviction is necessary. If you find this helpful, do rate us.
