I gave to export of services to a foreign client. Exactly I gave a few products supply contracts and did the entire execution by providing Buyers, Contract, LC, Confirming LC, everything. They gave me part payment and didn't give a rest from 2015 and didn't listen. Now I found the same foreign person has become a Director in an Indian Company. Is there any way to recover my pending dues through his Indian Company?

To initiate the process you have to serve a detailed legal notice upon the Company imoleading the Indian Company being one of the constituents. And have to further propell the matter in Civil Court. Since Service Provided to Foreign Company Civil suit against that company is not be possible in India. You can file Criminal Complaint against that Company including the Director in Indian Company. Contact any Advocates in this Forum for your relief.
