no PIL will be filed for private person interest ... it's stand for public interest litigation ... approach to high court for bail... if matter is in Delhi uh may contact me for filling the bail 9871417072

@Mukesh Rathi First of all this is not a matter of Public Interest so a PIL would be of no use. Secondly before approaching the Supreme Court you should take your chances with High Court.

Why PIL for bail is there any public interest

You must first approach the High Court.

सबसे पहले जमानत याचिका lower court से ख़ारिज हो उसके बाद उच्च न्यायालय से तब जा कर apex कोर्ट से।उनका वकालत नामा और एफिडेविट होता है या memo भी लगता है ये advocate on record ही फाइल करते है।या आपकी जानकारी के अधिवक्ता AOR के साथ फाइल करते हैं।
