Hi, I booked a flat in the year 2014 and while I booked the flat they promised me to complete the construction in the next 9 months but they have not fulfilled the promise yet.I have asked them many times but they always reply that it will be handed over to me in few months.They promise some date and then they break that and give the new time.I wanted to know what I can do something to force them to complete and give me the flat asap.

send legal notice and then file the case in consumer court

Report the matter in RERA. If the site is still pending. Ask them to compensate the delay by paying you the interest amount from date of promised possession till date. If RERA not applicable send them a legal notice and file a consumer case. Approach a layer who can move the case taking short dates and finish the matter to your convenience.
