Sir, I have purchased a house from Vastu Vihar township build by techno builders, at Hajipur, Bihar in the year 2011 they have promised that they will handover the property at the end of next year. But they have not yet given me possession key. I am visiting the under construction township and the work speed in very very slow..project engineer and project in charge always fooling us with their empty excuses. Please suggest in this regards..what should I do now.. I have paid 99 percent of money only possession money is pending...but neither they have completed my house nor completed any sewage line and road.

Dear Umesh Kumar Singhji, The builders must have given the brochure at the time of booking. Please read terms and conditions thoroughly and find the point wise violations committed by the builders. Also mention them in your legal notice through your local lawyer. Then you may approach the District Cosumer Forum for redressal of your grievances. Regards.
