As per the agreement, your owner cannot do. But the pressure of your landlord, you approach the proper civil court to get an injunction.

He may do so but he cannot forcibly evict you without recourse to law. He has to approach Civil Court by filing a suit for eviction if you refuse to vacate. It being a civil case police cannot interfere. Further you can file a suit for injunction against the owner not to evict you till the end of two years as per lease contract.
