Owner Asking Tenant To Vacate

I just moved in march2018, the owner wanted someone for long-term. after few days stray dogs came into my apt when the door was open, I told the owner that I don't like dogs and especially stray dogs as it can harm us, there are too much gaps in the windows and bathroom doesn't have a latch do the door opens frequently and this allows lizards to enter. we had few misunderstandings and this reason he is asking me to vacate within 15 days and has issued ultimatum that if I don't vacate he will seeto it that I do. pls advise, also where in secunderabad Hyderabad I should file a case against him. thank you
