someone has my blank signed agreement to sell agreement with him given to him at the time of talking money .now we have returned his money but he is demanding more interest and has started missing using them by filling it and showing it as we have sold our property to him. we have photostat of blank document . more over we have informed to all the police department some two years ago and now our case is pending in court. but that person has gone to some nearby police chowki and us threatening us he will file 420 . what is the remedy or advice.
