Dear Sir, You have to approach the police if your dealings were legal. If police do not co-operate then approach Magistrate by filing private complaint. If you have any documents then you can file civil case for recovery of amount.

there are number of remedies available to the home buyers - 1) Complaint under RERA law 2) An FIR 3) Insolvency under IBC 4)Consumer complaint

File a complaint under section 29 of RERA for recovery of the advance amount paid. Under RERA if a builder is receiving more then a 10% of the sale price for the unit, the builder shall register the sale agreement. If the builder is fails to do so, the builder will the penalised.
