Dear kantharaj chinnappa, I will try to answer your question sir.. May I know which place in india u want to make an agreement.. why I am asking this because landlord and tenant law act may find variances by state wise amendments and exception in india...
No worries 'busy' .. kinnar...chill Da...
sir, there is not a single law about that what will be minimum rent and premium so as you are taking this premises to your friend you can decide mutually anything..
Indeed...I am ashamed speaking to you ...since you still did not get the point I was emphasizing ...when prospective clients come looking for advise over Vkeel it is but obvious that altercations happen however the prime factor being to bring in sensibility to the legal approach looked out for...however here please revisit my advise and you shall get the answer for your question which you came looking out for...since your house agreement is a receipt and a payment receipt is only provided once a good or service is sold...hence I hope this very pointed insight makes the point clear to you...on what I am trying to sense into you... - happy shopping
which is what I told you in the first place...have respect and pay rent hence have an agreement in place, if not then don't have a rental agreement made and let things be in good faith...
Fiirst of all you are speaking to an Advocate...hence it's Advocate Nair...or Mr.Nair... possibly nobody taught you to show respect...and since you do not know how to show respect I assume you do not know how to do anything hence do as you feel like...since nobody really cares about cockroaches and bugs and seems you are living like a cockroach hence dont bother...since respect is meant for people with dignity and not cockroaches and bugs...
have some respect...and pay rent...so what if he is your friend...
