Rera Agreement For Sale (without Possession)

I bought a flat one year back under RERA approved project. Builder is not willing to get builder buyer agreement registered even after making so many follow-ups Now builder is forcing home buyers to get the conveyance deed and possession without occupancy certificate which is clearly mentioned in the agreement for sale without possession) given to us, which is unregistered till date. What relief I can get from RERA. What should I do to get relief as the builder is cheating with all home buyers via n number of unethical practices? Also, let me know if someone has taken possession and conveyance deed how he will eligible for getting relief under RERA
