While purchasing flats, what things should I do, to know that 1- there will be a proper water supply, 2- the company/owner will not cheat me of my money, 3- leave the project incomplete duping customers, 4- the flat was constructed illegally without permission Real estate loss also shuts down companies and many people's whole life savings destroyed. I have seen some online advice about hiring a lawyer. Now how to find lawyers in a particular city who deals with these types of issues.
