Since it is not a professional service your legal action may not go well. Better it would be if you manage to settle the matter amicably by good negotiations in your favour. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Dear Sir, You may settle the matter amicably as he is a freelancer so it is very hard to get any more amount than 50% which he offered to you. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
