BANK WILL DISPUTE

Hello sir/madam, My name is karan and currently im living in delhi. So coming to the point 17 years ago my parents were serving domestic help to 2 senior citizens from last 10 years. Both senior citizens doesn't have any children's from their own. So they adopted my mother as their daughter by getting impressed from her domestic help and serving. The senior citizens were not having immovable assets they only has their two term deposit account and one personal saving account in the bank. So they made their WILL that after thier death my mom can operate their bank accounts. Right now we have that original WILL with us but we do not know how to proceed to get attorney of those bank accounts. The problem is bank accounts which is mentioned in the WILL their bank is located at U.S.A country ! Im do not know how to proceed legaly with the WILL. Can anyone will please help me or any good lawyer from dekhi can leave a comment so i can contact yiu and give my case to the good hand. Thanking you KARAN THAPA
