me n my bf was in relationship since from 2years..he had promised me tat he will marry me aftr completion of my degree..now I m in final sem he as started giving reason like in his home thy won't agree for intercaste n all.. but in car he had a tied a mangalya to me I have a pic of it... had clicked a pic without knowing him.. how can I lodge a complaint against him.. how to get him bck
