My both parents executed registered will making absolute right bequeath to each other and then second bequeath (which is illegal) to my cousin in the same will. Both parents died now. Hence as a legal heir I am true beneficiary post their absolute bequeath now but due inclusion of his name in the will my cousin with the help of relatives has captured all the estate. How to claim/recover this estate at the earliest.

Hi, The rules of interpretation of the will mandates that if the will purports to make two bequests to different person, then the other person is also entitled to receive the share as per the will. You can challenge the validity of the will in order to claim the entire estate for yourself.
