Need clarity on the following query; Suppose a testator has named two executors in will and one of them does not want to take on the responsibility of being the executor. In that case, is there any legal obligation on the executor who wishes to relieve himself from the duty? Also, does that specific executor need to sign any kind of legal documents to that effect if he does not wish to sign any legal document?
