you can change the advocate at any stage
Dear Sir, You can take NOC from Advocate if he is willing otherwise. Send a letter to him termination his services and engage another advocate and produce such copy of the letter with the vakalath of new advocate.
Yes you can change advocate with a no objection from the previous advocate. If the earlier advocate does not give a no objection, you can stand in the court and say, that I want to change lawyer and want to appoint Mr. XYZ as my lawyer. Don't write XRZ in the lawyers name. Write the name of the Lawyer in place of XYZ
As per Karnataka Bar Council , one can change his or her Lawyer provided He/she gets NOC from previous Lawyer . You can demand NOC from Your Lawyer and engage another one.
