Asked in Wills or Trusts
Hello Sir After reading the information provided by you, it would be unreasonable restrictions if father puts a condition that property cannot be sold in future. The transfer of property must complete not with restriction. Although you'll be having all right give the property on rent. After mutating the property in your name, you'll be the sole owner of that property. Better advice could be provided after reading the complete provisions of the will. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful.
