    Dear Sir, Relinquishment Deeds executed by your siblings a sufficient to say that you are the absolute owner of entire property after the death of your mother and you can sell without NOC of your brother and sisters.

    Since , did your sister have relinquished their Rights via Relinquishment Deed Registered in that case you have no problem . With Regard to Brother Reliquishing his right mother by Registered Deed is also fine .Ensure your mother makes a Registered Will . Or Entere into a Partition Deed with all your father\'s heirs to avoid Confusion.
