Additional Of Sir Name In Bar Enrollment!

Since we lived in community based organisation, society based organisation, So as per society all sub clan members must comes under one common sir name.So my all class 10,12, graduation certificate,LLB certificate are in Dado namta , so as per society rules,I decides to add Takam tittle before my original name As Takam Dado namta, so with help of Affidavit i hve change all my name ,like ST,PRC,ADAAR card,Bank account , except qualification documents which is difficult process or long process to change qualification documents but this problem can solve by affidavit document. So I had change now all my name from dado namta to takam dado namta except qualification documents as mentioned. So I submitted all my documents as takam dado namta to bar council for enrollment process with profer affidavit,even society change tittle documents published in Gazette notification govt.of Arunachal Pradesh submitted this notification as proof for change of tittle. But Bar council office rejected my doc
