Non Bailable Warrant Ordered By Judge But No Hard Copy Provided To Police Statio

Dear Sir, It is the duty of Police who are attached to the court to collect the hard copy of the warrant from the office of the concerned court. The Police or Sub ordinate to the judiciary.

This is really shocking, however I encounter this issue earlier in Rohini court delhi when one of my client of case on offence of Cheque bounce and arms act . No hardcopy issue but NBW issued. I read new law implemented in July 2024 which says online copy enough for nbw issuing authority. No need hardcopy. Well on your query I m not clear about ..is your case of earlier time period from July 2024 or after July 2024. If earlier then they must issue hardcopy If after July 2024 then no need.
