NCVT AITT Exam No Results Zeros All Subjects Externals 2times

We wrote exams but marks not allotted. It happened twice in a row. Firstly we wrote regular exams, then zeros in every subject, only sessional marks i.e internal marks allotted. Then college management said it might be a technical fault. So we wrote the supplementary exam, Now also the same thing happened. No marks zeros in all subjects. Can I file a case against NCVT AITT exam? Where to file the case? How much time it will take to solve our problem.
