Last year due to some issues with my previous employer I lost my job and unable to find a new one due to constant harassment from by creditors casing mental stress. Somehow I manage to keep on paying as much as possible till Dec. 2019 by using up my saving, begging and borrowing from my friends and family. But now I am completely out of financial resources and in a dept trap as I had to take more loans to pay the previous loans. I had to take previous loans not for enjoyment but mostly for my father medical bills as he has blood cancer. Need legal advice on what option I have legally to help me out of this situation as it is causing lots of demotivation and depression due to constant bullying from the recovery agents.

Dear sir As per Supreme Court judgement you can file a civil suit restraining them from interfering into your personal life and ask them to approach the court for recovery.
