Dear client, I understand you're in a tough situation with loan repayments. Here are some options to help you manage the debt in India, and avoid harassment from lenders: 1. Talk to the Lender: Be proactive. Contact your lender directly and explain your financial difficulty. Negotiate a repayment plan that fits your current income. Many lenders are willing to work out a solution to avoid defaults. 2. Debt Consolidation: Explore a debt consolidation loan. This merges multiple debts into a single loan with a potentially lower interest rate, simplifying your repayments. 3. Credit Counseling: Credit counseling agencies offer free or low-cost advice to manage debt. They can help create a budget and negotiate with lenders on your behalf.

Dear Sir, It seems it is a personal loan and the loan department never go to the Courts to recover the same legally. You must be strong to face them as the Supreme Court says that the recovery agents cannot torture you. You may hide your availability and thus save yourself till you repay the loan.

Ask the Bank to do restructuring of your payment plan. While it must be noted that Loan Department can neither abuse you nor it can physically punish you in anyway in the course of recovery. Thanks.
