Bankrupcy

I am running a company from last 6 years and taken loans from different banks. Due to financial crisis I am not able to make EMI and credit card bills. Collection managers are harassing me for payments but I dont have anything left. I can give money after my business runs properly What should I do to avoid collection agents.
