    First you need to approach the Bank for getting the laon instalments re-scheduled otherwise Bank may initiate proceeding for Recovery. Bankruptcy proceedings cannot be filed unless some court decree some proceedings and declare you penny less.     You may settle with your case. You can also file a lawsuit for injunction against collection agents if they illegally force you to pay by adopting illegal threats etc. You are earning well and need not to go for bankruptcy.

    Hi, Yes, you may file for the bankruptcy under Chapter 7 of the code, however, attorney will perform a calculation called the means test to determine whether you qualify for relief. Although your employer might learn about your bankruptcy case, rest assured that in most situations your bankruptcy won't affect your current employment.
