i have taken a loan from bank and it was declared npa in 2007 and the case transfered to DRT court. last week bank auctioned my property and sold the same for 120 lakhs. my certificate amount was Rs. 99lakhs
my question is, whether bank will give me NOC and the remaining balance or will the bank interest on Rs. 99 lakhs from 2007 till date.
