We have been fraudulently sold 2 flats at Satara through bank loans and down payments at higher market value. The builder who sold us the flat is the father of the accused in Buvabaji ani Aghori practice act. We wish to put up a case against both at Satara. Though we don't have a possession letter but we are the owner of those flats as per Index 2. Will such a case help us in getting weaver in bank loans.
