Got a loan recall notice on email via bank as I haven't made payment for 90 days, they issue notice on 28 Jan but 29 Jan will be 90 days I guess, is it a legal loan recall notice, should I wait to wait till I get it by post, what are my options, should I hire lawyer now or later.

You should reply the notice first either the bank will take legal action and you will not have any right to defend yourself.
