Our ancestral property was divided among the legal heiers in the year 2017.I and my widow mother stayed in our ancestral house which after division fell under my uncle's portion.He sent me a court notice to vacant the land within 2019.Anyhow I contacted LBS and made the papers ready for building plan sanction.But due to lack of time and other issues we couldn’t submit the plan & after that covid broke out.My house was still incomplete till 2023.Now I have soil tested and got structural plan ready and submitted the plan in Municipality.But the plan is still not approved.My uncle sold the land to another person and now he filled an injunction order Against my house stating that I have no sanctioned plan.
