Not Giving My Money

I have a money for their financial reasons I have promissory note now i asking money from 5-6 months they not giving my money instead they send me a notice ( that they are in depression I went to their house and using filthy language in calls etc.i need 2 years to give money ). I didnt do anything they creating false accusations I have few call recording and msgs if need can we ask court to get all call records and msgs from sim company to prove my innocence and what punishment they get for creating false accusations .
