Needs To Money Recovery From My Friend

I have given cash 14 lakhs and given credit cards of 5 lakhs and given loan 22 lakhs, now I'm faced financial issues due to job lost from 11 months, even he didn't pay EMI's for last 6 months. But I have promissory notes for cash and I have 100 stamp paper agreement for loans and credit cards with his signatures. Now, whenever I tried asked him then he is saying will give soon, but not giving. On his name joint property is there. He and his friend bought 2 properties, but his friend is in out of country. What should I do right now. Bankers and others means whatever I have given cash to him from others only. I'm facing so many legal issues from bank sides and credit cards and from others as well. Could you please save me in this situation.
