Dear Sir, After the death of parents such property comes to their sons and daughters equally. The Gift Deed executed by deceased 'S' is without having any right to the entire property left by his parents. His ownership is only to the extent of 1/3rd share and his sisters get 1/3rd share each. The two sisters may file a Partition Suit and for cancellation of such Gift Deed.
