Agar buliding ka 1 floor owner NOC deta he or baki nhi dete pr left right and back side building ke log noc de dete hein. kya itne logo se noc milne pr bhi mobile tower wali building ke floor owners ki complaint pr mobile tower hat sakta he ? Q.2 lift ki terrace pr mobile tower lagvana legal he ?
