Hi My business Partner in a real estate company transferred funds in their personal account and recieved cash and not shown in company or to partner since many times and company is going in trouble for shortage of funds . Now when it is opened they wants to give some money to my account for not taking any action. I want to take fraud and 420 case against them . Will this help or how much time it will take for police or criminal action against them

Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case you can obviously go head and file a complaint against him for fraud full stop how ever it may take a while and it is better if you could just go ahead and try to resolve the situation amicable nevertheless if it does not work out you can go ahead with the case
